Receiving just 3% of venture funds for their startups, women have a 69.5% success rate of crowdfunding for their businesses. This is the story we see and hear every day and the reason why AngeLink launched our Angel Grant program to support Women Entrepreneurs!

Complete the Sign Up →We launched our inaugural Angel Grants program for women in business in 2022 in celebration of American Business Women’s Day. We awarded $1,000 Angel Grants to five outstanding women entrepreneurs, owners of businesses, organizations or charities.
Leah founded the Wema (Swahili for wellness) Health Foundation to empower women and girls in Kenya with access to formal education and reproductive health services. “My Angel Grant will be used to hold a retreat for girls to provide a safe space for them to seek refuge from FGM."
See Leah's Fundraiser →Erika’s business is Mellow Magnolia, a vintage thrift store with novelty items. “I'm hoping to fill my community with hope and acceptance.a safe place for teenagers to hangout as well as members of the LGBTQ+ community. I plan on using the Angel grant funds to help fund licenses needed to legally open my business as well as supplies for renovations.”
See Erika's Fundraiser →Dee founded Against All Odds, a mentoring program where she mentors teen parents and helps them navigate life. “As part of my program I want to offer workshops where ALL TEENS can get information on both health and life skills. This money will allow me to offer these workshops and continue to help these teens.”
See Dee's Fundraiser →Dr. Alison is the founder and Executive Director of Third Wave Volunteers, supporting direct aid for disasters and displaced people around the world. The Angel Grant will be used to help victims of Hurricane Ian with solar lights, water filtration, cleaning supplies, “mucking out houses” and helping our local volunteers whose homes were destroyed in the hurricane.

The funds will be used to market and share our services with men and women/mothers and fathers/ grand-mothers and grand-fathers for 3 months.”

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible, businesses must meet the eligibility requirements set forth on the AngeLink Angel Grants for Women Entrepreneurs homepage, and as described herein.
To be eligible for an Angel Grant the business, organization or charity must be (1) at least 51% owned, operated, and/or controlled by one or more persons who are female; (2) independently owned/operated and; (3) have under $10 Million in annual revenue.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: The Following steps must be followed for your business to be considered for an Angel Grant:

No payment or purchase is necessary to apply to be awarded an Angel Grant. This promotion is void where prohibited.
Grants are non-transferable and no substitution is allowed. All grants are made in AngeLink’s sole discretion. Angel Grant recipients are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with grant. Limit: One (1) grant per business. Grant recipients must use the grant for the purpose of running and growing the business as described in the recipient’s application. Grant recipients are prohibited from using any portion of the grant for any other purpose whatsoever, including without limitation for personal or illegal use.
Grants will be awarded from time to time at the sole discretion of AngeLink.
AngeLink reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or disqualify any entry at any time at its sole discretion. Decisions on which applicants will receive grants will be determined in AngeLink’s sole discretion, based on the criteria above.
AngeLink reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond AngeLink’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the promotion. In such a case, AngeLink may select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by AngeLink. AngeLink reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or application website or violates these Terms and Conditions. AngeLink has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the promotion, to void entries for any reason. Attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, AngeLink reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Through submitting the Women Entrepreneurs grant application, you warrant that you are the Fundraiser, and that you have created the original application. You agree that AngeLink, in its sole discretion, may edit, copy, promote, or broadcast your fundraiser. You further agree that AngeLink will have the right to publicize and promote your fundraiser on all social media and other marketing channels with worldwide rights in perpetuity in its sole discretion. You also warrant that you have obtained any third-party releases, if required. AngeLink reserves the right to remove or edit any inappropriate images or text at any time in its sole discretion. By submitting this application, you agree to transfer and assign all copyrights and moral rights as well as transfer rights to promote, edit, market, broadcast, and publicize your fundraiser in its sole discretion without limitation.
You further warrant: all text, story, and statements made in your application are accurate and true and made by you. You also warrant that your application does not violate any rights including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, patent or any other rights associated with a third-party.
By submitting this application, you hereby consent for AngeLink to promote, publicize, and broadcast your fundraiser (without payment or consideration of any kind) including all photographs, videos, and information listed therein, worldwide, in perpetuity except where prohibited by law.
By submitting this application, you agree that AngeLink has not made any guarantee or representation of any kind, express or implied, nor any warranty pursuant to your eligibility to receive the grant.
You also agree that any claims or disputes pursuant to the grant application process, or actions relating to the same will not become a basis for class action and shall be otherwise resolved by all parties. By submitting your application, you further waive all rights to claim any consequential, punitive, or other damages of any kind for any reason other than out-of-pocket expenses described above. Any judgments or claims will remain out-of-pocket expenses only and shall not include any attorney fees of any kind for any reason. All rules and any potential disputes relating to this grant application will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and without regard to any potential conflicts of any other laws and you further consent that federal courts in Naples, Florida will serve as exclusive jurisdiction regarding any potential disputes of any kind for any reason. New Jersey residents and or wherever else applicable, shall be pursuant to those mandated by statute.
