The AngeLink Community Foundation is an independent IRS-registered 501(c)(3) public charity, Federal Tax ID: 85-2671534 that supports and empowers women. Through the kindness of our giving community, we provide grants to donor recommended charities and direct impact grants and gifts to individuals in need to create the world’s largest digital donor community. Together we can make a powerful impact.

Pilar Frank O’Leary

Pilar brings significant nonprofit and corporate experience to ACF and a passion for helping women, minority communities, and the underserved. Pilar has advised leading global nonprofits and previously held senior roles in the private and nonprofit sector. She holds a B.S. and J.D. from Georgetown University and a Certificate in Sustainability Strategies from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
