Ever wonder if the next Sara Blakely, Shonda Rhimes or Rea Ann Silva might be in your midst? Let’s find and support these women! In the 6 month lead-up to International Women’s Day 2025, join the AngeLink Community Foundation to launch the “Angels of Hope” program: a virtual business training and pitch competition program for early stage women entrepreneurs. We’re starting our campaign today!
The AngeLink Community Foundation is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm of AngeLink, the world’s first crowdfunding platform powered by women. Studies published in Fast Company and other outlets show that women raise funds 20% faster on crowdfunding sites than men. Leveraging this phenomenon, we’re teaming up with top organizations such as the Association of Women Business Centers, the U.S. Patent and Trade Office, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and others to offer women business owners virtual training in business planning, pitch design, online marketing, intellectual property protection and more.
Judged by an expert panel of business experts, eligible participants will have the ability to pitch their ideas and compete for grant money for their businesses. No strings or equity percentages attached! The program will launch in late 2024, training will take place in February 2025, and awardees will be announced on March 8, 2025, on International Women’s Day.
We need YOUR support to fund this initiative to help women entrepreneurs access the mentorship and crucial seed capital they often struggle to secure. Here’s the skinny on the campaign levels and benefits:
Donors at $5000 or above will be given the opportunity to…
Donors at $2,500 or above will be given the opportunity to…
$500 level donors will have their names listed on our Angel Donor Wall on our website.
No matter what level you give at, everyone wins!
Let’s make a difference and help the next great female entrepreneur succeed. On International Women’s Day, you’ll be glad you took tangible action to help level the playing field.
