Head-on Collision on South Meadow Road in Plymouth

THIS IS A GOFUNDME!! Anything and everything is appreciated, and going towards my step-fathers medical bills. On December 23, 2022, around 3:15 p.m., a horrific head-on collision occurred on South Meadow Road in Plymouth, MA. My Step-father, Rafael Hernandez, husband of Karen DiSciullo Hernandez who lives on South Meadow, was almost home when the accident occurred. Rafael was taken to the South Shore Hospital as a level three trauma patient by the local Plymouth EMS. After being evaluated by the trauma team, it was determined that his injuries were too complicated and that he should be transported to Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Rafael took the brunt end of the impact, and sustained serious injuries. Including a bleed on the brain, fractured skull, broken facial structure, fractured back, shattered femur in his left leg, broken tibia in his right leg, and a broken heel.
