Help Maddie's Miracle

On September 9, 2025, our precious granddaughter, Madilynn (Maddie) Grace, came into the world, five weeks earlier than expected. Although she initially seemed healthy, she was placed in the Neo-ICU as a precaution. This turned out to be a lifesaving decision. Maddie experienced troubling 'episodes' that prevented her from going home, and further tests revealed that she had Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome, a rare and degenerative kidney condition. Maddie's kidneys were failing rapidly, and she urgently needed treatment to survive. Maddie was airlifted to Boston Children's Hospital, where she had a catheter inserted for emergency dialysis.
