Surgery for Winnie the Squirrel

Winnie the Squirrel is a three year old female who was brought to me with her brother to be released. The two have lived their whole lives together and are very loving and caring with each other, constantly laying together, hugging and grooming each other it really is special! Winnie is the sweetest, most loving little squirrel you could ever meet! After receiving them I realized that Winnie has a problem with her teeth. Most squirrels teeth grow down and the bottom teeth meet the top and by chewing and grinding they normally keep their teeth trimmed on their own. Winnies top right tooth curves straight back towards her throat which requires us to trim her teeth every two weeks. If they aren't trimmed it would be fatal. It is hard on her to go through the trimmings but its necessary for her survival. She can have surgery to have the tooth removed and live a normal, happy life again with your help!
