Isaiah Standard has aggressive brain cancer

Isaiah Standard, a 24-year-old alumnus of Whitman College and DeSales Catholic High School, has stage three astrocytoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. When Isaiah graduated from college in 2020 with a degree in computer science he was ready to use his education to fulfill a dream and make a difference. A brain tumor changed everything. When the tumor was successfully removed, doctors learned it was astrocytoma, a cancer that will continue to grow in his brain. Right now, Isaiah is in Phoenix where he lives in the Editha House, which provides lodging for those with serious medical conditions. His parents are nearby.
