Help Us Get Through Our Daughter's Passing.

My name is Dawn Ziegler. On October 26th I lost my only daughter to an accidental overdose. To say I lost my mind is an understatement, but somehow, up until the funeral, I continued to work my regular schedule as a server/ bartender, around 50-70 hours a week. Following the funeral, the wheels fell off. I would get to work and be unable to go inside because I was crying uncontrollably and couldn't stop. I would pull over sometimes 2 or 3 times on my way in to scream, because I couldn't help myself. I was unable to eat and anything I did put in my belly wouldn't stay there. I managed to pull off about 30 or 40 hours a week, somehow. Thankfully, I work for a really great company and they let me work when I could and leave when I had to, no questions asked. Though I despise to admit weakness or ask for help, I've found myself physically unable to work more than 40/50 hours a week.
