ESRD Transplant Expenses for Dakota Hunter Johnson

Dakota Hunter Johnson is my son and he's only 20 years old. I took him to the hospital for a heart attack on March 4th and that's how we found how his kidneys failed and he has only 2% kidney function. A biopsy showed he was born with bad kidneys and he was started on dialysis immediately. The hospital kept him until March 10th and I began training for home hemodialysis March 13th. I do his treatments 5 days per week while he waits on a kidney transplant. I'm a single mom of 5 and this is very expensive. We finally got his Medicare but the transplant surgery itself is over $200,000 and we are responsible for 20% of all transplant costs on top of the expenses already incurred up to this point and the anti-rejection expenses afterwards. Medicare only covers up to 36 months after a transplant. We appreciate your help!
