Family of 5 in need

Hello to whomever this reaches, my name is Candace and I am a widow as well as a single mom of 4 19,18,16,10 I currently work part time at a gas station but do not get enough hours. My husband of 20 years passed away from cancer in October of last year he has sarcoma cancer it was already spread into his body before he got diagnosed. The doctor gave him too much blood thinners and did a surgery on him and he blood out during and passed away. I have been struggling for months and recently had a heart attack and became diagnosed with type 2 diabetic. I have no family besides my children I have tried for months to survive and it's just not cutting it. I am on the verge of losing my house and my truck I live in Florida and my air conditioner in house needs to be replaced, also my mobile home needs repairs badly in which I can't afford to replace it.
