In Memory of Pat and The Sullivan Family

We are coming together to celebrate the beautiful life of Patricia (Humphrey) Sullivan, a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who touched the lives of so many. Pat's love and affection for her family and community knew no bounds. Her passion for cooking and her volunteer work at Sacred Heart brought joy and warmth to everyone around her. Pat's spirit lives on through her loving husband, Jeremiah M. Sullivan, her devoted children Kelly, Stacy, and Chad, as well as her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Despite facing significant health challenges, including Alzheimer’s with Essential Tremors, Pat's strength and resilience inspired us all.
