Vance's Medical Bill and Recovery Fund

Dear Friends, Family, and Fans, Vance needs our help! You may know him as a trusted Recreation Director for the YMCA or the city of San Luis Obispo or as a phenomenal teacher and the Assistant Director of Bright Life Playschool in SLO or the lead singer of the Reggae band, Resination, who has tirelessly entertained our Central Coast community for over 20 years. I know him as our employee and co-worker but most of all, a deeply caring friend with a huge heart, integrity, and faith. On Sunday, February 12, 2023, Vance had several seizures and was rushed to the hospital to find out the cause. After many tests, the doctors found that Vance had a sinus infection that had progressed into his bloodstream causing sepsis. The infection in his bloodstream had traveled to his brain causing swelling and infection there.
