My car, which I rely on for everything from getting to work to handling day-to-day responsibilities, has broken down in a way that I can’t afford to fix on my own. After getting it checked by a mechanic, it turns out the damage is much worse than I initially thought. My engine has a severe oil leak that’s caused internal damage. It’s going to require a full engine rebuild or replacement.
