Hello everyone! I’m Jenny Dodson, and alongside Jackie Scott’s close friends through Mama Hearts United, we’re rallying to support her during an incredibly difficult season. Our goal is to provide a safety net of love and practical help, so she never feels alone. Jackie is a devoted single mother to her son, Exzavier (“X”), a remarkable young man of deep faith and character. Those close to Jackie know her as someone who pours herself out for others — even when her own cup is empty. Over the past year, Jackie has been battling chronic kidney disease, compounded by severe vertigo and neurological symptoms that have made driving and working impossible. While on medical leave trying to stabilize her health, Jackie was unexpectedly laid off from her job, dramatically increasing the financial and emotional strain on her family.
